I went to an open house with a friend recently and the house had this beautiful balcony.Its made out of wood.I dont think my picture does it any justice because it was really breath taking upclose.

Monday, April 13th, 2009I often talk about life insurance because its something I feel rather strongly about and its something apparently not too many people feel strongly about.Actually most people would rather discuss their latest impulse purchase than talk about life insurance and why you need it.
Right off the top,if you have got dependants – you need life insurance.You don’t want your dependants to “burden” anyone financially when you’re gone.And yes,you are not immortal my friend so one day even you are going to die.When that day comes,it would be awesome if you left some change so your dependants are taken care of financially.What you may find surprising is just how incredibly affordable life insurance is.
I do encourage you to educate yourself about the different types of life insurance available to see what suits your needs.I personally have term life insurance but you might find that whole life insurance is a better option for you.Whatever option you choose,I want to congratulate you in advance for getting life insurance.You did the right thing.

Tuesday, April 7th, 2009If I could be a groupie for just one day,I’d be Frank Warren’s groupie.Frank,for the clueless, is the founder of postsecret.com and I’m not in lust with Frank,just his brain.To me he is a genius.He took a very simple idea and turned it into a very successful and lucrative project.Every Sunday I have lunch with Frank (ofcourse he doesn’t know we have lunch together!)….I grab my lunch plate,head to postsecret.com and read that week’s new secrets and a few weeks back Frank posted this secret on his site that made me shake my head in disbelief…
